As Chief Operating Officer, James is responsible for all of the company´s operational functions at the corporate and property levels. James is a 20-year hospitality veteran who has in-depth operations expertise and is an organized and detail oriented problem solver with the ability to create strong teams who focus on customer service and quality that drives customer and owner satisfaction. James is a goal-oriented manager with strong leadership capabilities who is a dependable performer in all aspects of the hospitality industry, including sales development, capital management, finance, food and beverage management and human resources. Previously, James spent his early years operating full service hotels in Texas, North Carolina and Oklahoma, including major companies such as John Q. Hammons, Intercontinental Hotels& Resorts, Wyndham International, and Hilton Hotels& Resorts. James is also proud to be involved the Tulsa community and does so by serving as board member of the Tulsa Regional Chamber, Past President and current Executive Board Member of the Metro Tulsa Hotel and Lodging Association, Visit Tulsa and several other boards and advisory committees. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant, Hotel & Institutional Management from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Hotel Administrator and a Certified Food and Beverage Executive through AH&LA.
